Ricardo J Amado

Ricardo J. Amado was born in Cuernavaca, Mexico on August 26, 1982. but grew up in Huntington Park, CA. He joined the U.S. Army in July 2001, and began writing "Everland" in 2006 during his first deployment to Iraq. He is a thrice deployed soldier, husband, and father to four girls. Both "Everland Volume I: Opal's Book of Winter" and "Everland Volume II: Nadya's Book of Spring" were written while deployed overseas. He will complete the trilogy with "Everland Volume III: Crystal's Book of Summer" during his next overseas tour.        more...
