I knew I was going to be a writer when I was a junior in high school. I wrote the feature section called "potpourri" in the weekly high school paper and was hooked. I earned my B.A. in Communication and worked as a radio news anchor for five years and then retired to be a full time mom. I wrote my story, "Always the Elf" when my youngest was six months old and gave it to my family as a gift for Christmas.
