I write because I have no choice it is an inner compulsion to report and record what I see, to share my insights with others. I write because I care about the world that I live in and I want to make a difference with my words. Major influences when I was younger were Charles Dickens, Somerset Maugham and Graham Greene. As I have matured I preferred Erma Bombeck and others who could make me laugh until I cried.
