The War in Iraq
First of all, let’s call it what it really was/is: an Illegal Invasion and Occupation of a sovereign country.
So what is this Illegal Invasion and Occupation really all about? It’s all about greed for money. Who are the greedy? They are the individuals and corporations who are profiting from the Illegal Invasion and Occupation.
The Oil Business ... The price of oil before the Illegal Invasion and Occupation of Iraq was around $25 per barrel. As I write this, oil is selling for over $90 per barrel. That’s more than triple! The Shrubster’s family is laughing and dancing all the way to the bank. Of course, there are all their RepubliCon oil buddies joining them in the big parade. Speaking of “buddies”, the Shrubster’s family had/has close ties with the Bin Laden family of Saudi Arabia. I’ll give you one guess what business they’re in. Are you starting to get it?
Re-CON-struction CONtractors ... Halliburton was handed a contract of more than $7 Billion Dollars! I say “handed” because no competitive bids were allowed. Who do you think made sure of that? Well, it was the former head of the Halliburton Corporation, Tricky Dicky Cheney. Of course, he had help from all his RepubliCon buddies who also got their piece of the pie. Are the puzzle pieces coming together?
The Weapons Manufacturing Industry ... No wars = no need for massive weapons production = less profit for those who make and sell weapons. Of course, most of them are RepubliCons with close ties to the Shrubster’s Administration. Can’t have these poor guys going broke, now can we? The picture’s not quite so fuzzy now, is it?
Obviously, there are many other war profiteers like the murdering machine Blackwater U.S.A. By the way, why do we need private security contractors in Iraq? The real kick in the butt is that they’re being paid a whole lot more than our military personnel. So much for “supporting our troops”, as the RepubliCons like to say they are doing.
The Illegal Invasion and Occupation of Iraq is estimated to be costing $10 Billion Dollars per month! Some of those billions are unaccounted for (gee, I wonder where they’ve gone). Where does all this money come from? The U.S. Government is already 2.9 TRILLION Dollars in debt. Of course, American tax dollars are being spent but it doesn’t cover this kind of massive spending. So, again, where is the money coming from? The Shrubster borrows it. This means that our children and grandchildren will be paying the bill. SHAME! Meanwhile, we’re all paying the price at the gas pumps.
Finally, and most importantly, the price is being paid in American and Iraqi blood. None of this bothers those who are profiting from the crime. Does it bother you?

Brother, of course they don't care for the protesting schmucks, they are very busy counting money, salting money, hiding money from the IRS, they are those that make the law to punish you for a few dollars unaccounted for or left out in your declaration, you are the auditee while they are the auditors.
Greed, they aren't different that a mugger that kills.
