Do you know no matter how long a bad day drags on for after a heartbreak, it will always get better? Sometimes it might take a month, other times it might take year, and sometimes it may take longer. We are ridiculous when it comes to love We give our hearts to anyone we fall in love with. We ask for heartbreaks. Then dramatize when we get them. We don't believe it will get better and we analyze it and steal its hope. We convince ourselves after thinking of all the ways it could get better, that none of them will ever come true . Well eventually it does get better. He will come back and if he doesn't you will find someone better. Till then it just hurts, but know, it will always get better. You may have many tears but you also have hope. You can't live in your yesterdays. You can't live in your memories. Time goes on and people change. Your living in today so don't make it a yesterday you'll regret. Don't mourn, live! Eventually, your memories of him will fade, and when someone's is ment to be, it will stay engraved.

I believe that you offer wise advice in your article, Jessica. It's just so darn hard to follow through even with the best of intentions. Thank you. Love and best wishes,
