That is what Hillary Clinton has said of Barrack Obama just yesterday because of some information which he has truly given in error. He wants to be President and he has a lot of people excited about his ability to turn this country around. I think he calls it “Changes we can believe in.”

Well I am sixty-two years old and I have heard campaign promises much like this all of my life and I don’t believe in them or him.  The trouble is I am not sure I can believe in Hillary, either or John McCain or any of the crowd in Washington.  I truly am beginning to feel that if the people don’t wake up and demand a whole new change it will be the destruction of our country.

I wrote an article a while back.  If you have not read it click the link below because it says a lot.  I will not take credit for many of the words of that article.  They came from investigation of what others have found.  Here is the link:  http://authorsden.com/visit/viewarticle.asp?AuthorID=38657&id=35126

Why am I taking such a negative attitude?  I am simply looking back over my own lifetime of elections filled with broken promises.  The people in Washington D.C. are there to improve themselves and that is unforgivable.

But what is even more devastating is the fact that each and every one of us share in this self-serving attitude which was not there at the beginning of our nation.  Affordable health care is a good thing but if I am asking for the government to pay for it I am in truth simply putting on my bill.  They will not do this without raising taxes.  They say they will give the middle class a break and take the tax break away from the very rich.  Forgive me if I do not become too excited.  Those people are not going to simply roll over and play dead.

I don’t think we should be spending our tax money trying to be the policemen of the whole world either.  We do many good works like helping the starving people in various parts of the world but we have many more right here and through no fault of their own.

Even if we feed them all it will make little difference when the atmosphere is polluted to the point where no one can breathe and believe me,  global warming is real.  In truth we police places like Iraq because they have oil.  We can use other power sources but the big corporations do not want to give back.  They want to keep taking.

We carry some of the blame here, too.  We keep them going.  We let them tell us what we should be thinking.  It is time to search our hearts and say what is worth standing for.  Our children and theirs should have a life, too.

Our government needs to keep it's nose out of other
countrys business is the truth.
If we the people do want to protest all the crooks in
government, taxes, etc.. They want to throw us in jail or shoot us.
Who will become President? I don't know, but I do vote.
Whomever becomes President they never ever do what they said
while campaining. They lie, lie, lie, lie, lie, lie, lie.
Thanks Lew for sharing your thoughts.

Hillary Rodham Clinton

The 'HEAD' bobs up and down, almost condescendingly, to a group of supporters who really do not understand her record, but insists on cheering their reflections in her candidacy.

She is going to 'fix' NAFTA, which is responsible for shipping American jobs overseas --a bill her husband and the Republicans engineered and passed, and one that has been consistently supported and praised by her.

She is going to bring the troops home immediately. A different story from the one in the beginning of her campaign when she said she will keep troops in Iraq till 2013. Now, flip-flopping, repeatedly, she is trying to out-do Obama on bringing home the troops from a war, an immoral war, she voted for and continues to dance around the reason why she did in the first place.

She is going to wrestle with the corporate powers. How? When she keeps on receiving donations from the oil industry, the pharmaceutical industries, and the medical health plan companies. You don't bite the hand that feeds your campaign. We all know that. But her supporters don't get it, and it is precisely that reason alone that Hillary is still in the race, with the very support from the very same people she and her husband has screwed!

Thirty-five years experience? Give me a break! No physician's wife could get away with saying she is qualified to operate simply because her husband's a physician. Being married to a president doesn't make one qualified to run for president of the United States anymore than being married to a doctor makes you one.

This person is a politician, an ambitious politician that will say anything, do anything, while smiling and lying to get votes. Well, the point is lately, we, the American people, are sick of politicians, and demand Change Now!
