The above LINK is quite long, but the more you read, the more you learn. The more you learn, the more you will understand how our Government - the FDA - Court Judges - Monsanto - and Pharmaceutical Manufacturers are all IN CAHOOTS!
The following is just ONE comment, posted on Dr. Mercola’s site today, May 1, 2008 - I concur wholeheartedly. TOM HYLAND.
“I've read a lot and heard a lot regarding Monsanto when we were fighting getting sprayed with herbicides in our area... they also make A LOT of poisons, such as roundup, vision, bug-b-gone etc.. all designed to KILL. The big thing around here is growing softwood trees, so they spray vision to kill off everything else growing so that only softwood trees grow. If you read the papers that come with Vision it even tells you how toxic it is and how long the chemical burns will last on the bunnies that get sprayed etc... We have families, well water, livestock etc in the area...This is OUTRAGEOUS in this day and age.
I don't know how the government can allow a company with a history like theirs to continue to be in business ..just read about them on wikipedia for instance apparently they have confessed to bribing officials, been found guilty of various crimes, paid out I think millions of dollars etc etc
I don't want to be exposed against my will to pesticides, I don't want GMO garbage on the grocery shelves or in my body, I want natural, pesticide/herbicide/GMO free foods.......how do we get our rights back for clean water, clean air, clean food??
The government is really not doing their job when it comes to public safety...Who is supposed to protect people anymore?!?”

Consider what HITLER and a mere HANDFUL of NAZI Officers accomplished in Germany, then Europe, then Africa, then Italy - WORLD WAR - in approximately ONLY TEN YEARS!
Companies like MONSANTO have been COVERTLY GETTING THEIR WAY FOR OVER FIFTY YEARS NOW!

| and this is why I only eat organic foods...and I don't eat any meat, I filter my water...sometimes I think they are trying to poisen us! Perhaps a smaller population is easier to control! |

Well done, Tom. I had a look through some of the links and now I'm bloody scared. ALL GM foods should prominently marked so we can CHOOSE what we eat. And I'm not eating anything I know to be GM.

| lol. You are so totally right. The pharmaceuticals and everyone else you listed are all in cahoots, no doubt about it. And how do they get away with all of their crimes. It just seems to me that their way is the way most businesses are run today. anything big business wants big business gets no matter who it may run over. Excellent article. Liz |

WAKE UP, AMERICANS!
Alas, I doubt you will wake many up, my friend. Most of the food we eat today, and most of the water we drink, and most of our own front lawns today, are mired in toxic poisons.
But unless one grows his/her own organic garden; digs one's own extremely deep well; and chases the modern landscaper with the huge dandelion spray truck off every yard in one's neighborhood, there is little escape.
We are a Nation of Toxic Chemicals today.
At least I chase that big 'Green' spray truck away, but most of my neighbors get extremely upset when I do that. And I never let my dogs walk on their sprayed grass.
PS: To further brighten your day, in our sage American wisdom, many of our U.S. crops are still being doused with extremely toxic pesticides that were banned in many European countries - years ago.
