Kelly “The Ghost” Pavlik defends his undefeated WBC and WBO Middleweight Championship Titles against Gary “The Rocket” Lockett from Wales. Pavlik was born and resides in Youngstown Ohio. A true World Class Champion that has never outgrown his roots or forgotten where he has came from.
 

Pavlik not just a local hero, national hero Gracing the cover of Boxing News titled “Year of The Ghost”. The Ghost rejuvenated the middleweight division on Sept 29 2007 by defeating the undefeated Champion Jermaine Taylor in Atlantic City. Pavlik was in trouble in the early rounds going down in the second. Known for his tough composure and defying diversity Pavlik fought back to get the win by tko in the seventh round. The Suave Ring announcer Michael Buffer announced this as one of the great middleweight bouts in boxing history”.

Pavlik at age 25 has a long future in the ring. The Ghost has been boxing since he was nine years old and has never looked back. Pavlik is a heavy favorite in Saturdays main event. As a middleweight he packs a lot of power from each punch.
