ORGANIZERS FROM RECYCLED CARDBOARD

Recycling used cardboard is such a fun activity to do and it helps reduce the garbage we throw away.

You can make these by using big boxes,
particularly those with thicker board and
bigger size to make for the organizers.

It is advisable not to let very young
children do this as you would be using
a cardboard "cutter" to cut the size of
your organizer.

Measure the size of books you will be
putting into these and the file folders
you will be organizing. You can make smaller ones for CD's and diskettes too.
You can even put "divisions" on these
for your make-up brushes and pens or
scissors to reduce clutter.

You will need glue, colored paper or cloth, and some buttons or trimmings for accents. Be creative and make your own
designs to suit your room decor, and
yes, you can give them as gifts to your Mom and best friend!
