Sammi Evans realizes the power of thoughts; she knows the direction of your thoughts create the world that you attract into your life.

Don't miss the important fact that thoughts become things. What you think about all day long is what you bring into your life. You may work hard to create success in your life, but if you ignore the thoughts that linger on your mind and attract to you their counterparts, you have missed a great tool in getting what you want.

Consider the person who wants to bring friends into his life. He tries to be nice to people, joins clubs, classes and populates as many places as he can that will have him associating with people that he considers potential friends. But, his mind is really his only enemy. On his mind are the thoughts that he isn't good enough, they'll never like me and accept me, I'm not handsome enough, I have nothing to offer. His labor is in vain until he realizes and changes the real reason for his lack of companionship. He must change his thoughts to change his life.

But, he thinks, I've always thought this way, I can't change my thinking-- it's who I am. BUT he can, although it entails some struggle. But some effort in this direction would go a long way to fulfill his goals and dreams. Thoughts are everything. Thoughts are all there is. But how does he go about it? How could he possibly find a way to do this?

Take one week, yes, one entire week where you'll have nothing but positive, uplifting, helpful, creative, assertive and determined thoughts on your mind. Thinking one thing means not thinking the other. So all thoughts of destruction, envy, revenge, hate, prejudice and any other negative thoughts must be destroyed. You must watch and guard your thoughts at every moment of your waking hours. When you catch yourself thinking incorrectly, you must immediately switch to a positive correct thought. Will it be easy? Hardly. Heavy physical labor is child's play to what your mental world is capable of throwing at you. But it must be done. Guard every thought as carefully as you can. Many have done it and have gotten a fantastic reward. Don't take this test lightly. This will the longest week of your life, but by the time it's finished you'll have created a new pattern in your thought world and soon you'll find positive, interesting and thrilling goals coming toward you in your life.

Thoughts can be your best friend or your worst enemy. The choice is up to you. It can be no other way. Your thoughts will create the direction of your life. The good news is that it is under your control. Great news, right? So get busy, give it a try. What do you have to loose but discouraging, unwanted, depressing and unhealthy thoughts that will lead you where you don't want to go? Your thinking process is just a habit anyway. And habits can be broken.

SAMMI EVANS knows how to work with thoughts in her world of mystery and suspense; she knows the impact they have in your life. In her adventures my mystery series deals with the power of thoughts and how they can sustain or crush you. Sammi has a lot to share about thoughts and their effects on your life; she lives it everyday.
