Clutter, Clutter, Clutter in your mind and home It is just plain junk or trash, clutter can pile up and you don't even realize it until you can't find a place to walk through your house or have a seat on the couch.
What is Clutter?
Clutter in plain language is stuff. It can be clothes, books, magazines, garbage, newspapers anything that piles up and is not filed or doesn't have a place in your home. When it just grows and breeds in front of your eyes.
Once this seed takes place it is hard to stop. It leads to depression and anxiety. It is something that your want gone but don't have a clue where to start. It bogs down your mind and body and pretty soon you can't even think straight.
Your mind and body feel like they are sinking in quick sand of stuff and you can't breathe or get any air.
Time yourself for ten minutes. Start making piles listed below. When the ten minutes is up decide if you want to continue for ten more minutes or take a break. Sometimes just starting and knowing you don't have to do this for hours will make you want to work at pile sorting. It will not be such am immense task.
Now is the time to de-clutter your mind, and home. Start by throwing out everything you don't need. The easiest way is to make piles. Just plain trash goes in one pile or straight to a garbage bag. The next pile is stuff you want to keep (hopefully very little of it) and the third pile is stuff to sell or give to some organization who can use it.
Once you start tossing out stuff, you will find that this action becomes easier. Your will soon find your floor and your furniture and it will seem like you have a new home. You will start to smile because your mind will become clearer and you will be happier also.
Now you can even entertain friends in your home. Before you were ashamed to have anybody walk through the door but now you can show it off to your heart's content.
De-clutter your mind and home and become a happier, more productive person.
