When Wendy Shanahan loses her nineteen year old son to a road side bomb in Baghdad, she finds solace in plotting her revenge. Handy with firearms and brimming with wrath, she resolves to become a bounty hunter tracking home grown terrorists.

Just when it looks like the flames of Purification have cooled things off, the action dramatically shifts back to the ranch where a terrifying battle for survival ensues. Wendy is pitted against an opponent who wants nothing less than her total physical and moral debasement—but Wendy has something else in mind. And it isn’t pretty.
