What you can do when you find out that your car windscreen has been covered by ice.

Are you in a hurry to catch up an appointment, are late for work or just want to drop off your children in school but discover that a sheet of ice has enveloped the windscreen of your car ? Don't be confused;take the following actions:
i.Turn on the car engine, switch the heat level to high and the de-froster fan to low.
ii.Improvise:Mix 50% of water with the same quantity of vinegar, apply with a spray to the windscreen.
iii.Scrape the ice with a plastic spatula, applying shallow, downward strokes.
