Taxes vs Raising Revenues
Fortunately, The federal government only taxes evil rich people and corporations.
Did you know that?
You see, when the federal government confiscates money from poor people, and the middle class..it's called raising revenues
Here's how that works...
Let's raise the taxes all of those evil rich diary farmers. This will stop them from polluting our air with their corporate jets.
So the government taxes all of the evil diary farmers an extra million bucks a year.
However, that extra million bucks means that the evil dairy farmers will no longer be able to pay their employees, and afford food for their families.
Of course, those evil people can go out of business and get a job at McDonald's instead, right?
However, then our babies and children won't have any milk to drink.
So what's really left for them to do?
Raise the prices they are charging for milk by a million dollars.
So who would really be paying the new million dollar milk tax?
None other than the middle class and poor people, who need milk for their children. .
So you see folks, evil rich people and corporations don't really pay any taxes at all...they just collect them from you and give them to the government.
Hence, the federal government is able to raise revenues without taxing the middle class or poor.
Fortunately for us, the federal government no longer spends our tax money...They just invest it!.
They invest it in education (we are now the smartest country in the world)
They invest it in creating jobs (we're actually over employed right now)
They invest it in medical research (shrimps on tread mills have already reduced the number of shrimp seeking treatment in hospital emergency rooms)
Just to name a few.
So is the federal government really good at investing?
Well, let's see how they did?
We're 14 trillion dollars in the hole????
Wow, the federal government must be really stupid!!!
Perhaps...Then again, perhaps we're the stupid ones and may be it's time to wise up and start electing honest people to represent us and handle OUR tax money.
