Part 1 - FACTS -

1. ALL of the Major Problems facing this Nation now -

i.e. Economy in the Toilet - Hundreds of Billions (Trillions?) of $$$ ‘Blown’ on Two Wars in Afghanistan and Iraq - Billions/Trillions? More $$$ ‘Donated’ to the Corrupt Governments in Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Iraq -Mortgage Foreclosures - Derivatives Collapse - Stock Market Decline - Bank Failures - Real Estate Boom Balloon Burst - Auto Industry
Failure - “BAIL-OUTS” for ALL the Above (THE RICH) Sky-Rocketing of Unemployment - Lobbyists like ‘Casino’ Jack Abramoff ‘Buying CONGRESS’ - and MORE ... ALL caused during and by George H. Bush’s ‘WATCH’ - EIGHT YEARS of the Republican Party Holding a Majority in BOTH HOUSES!

2. President Obama INHERITED ALL THIS! He did NOT CAUSE IT!

Although previously, the Democrats ‘Ruled the Roost’ for Forty Plus Years, and certainly made mistakes and caused ‘Screw-Ups’ - Nothing This DRASTIC ever occurred during Their ‘REIGN’!

3. The ‘Average American Citizens’ - ‘JOE BLOW’ and ‘JANE DOE’ have

always been Ignorant of Politics and ‘Dumb as Cat-Crap!’ Dichotomous Thinking and similar Reacting, promoted ongoing Schisms and Extremism. Both Joe and Jane Blindly voted ‘Party Lines’ just like Dumb Sheep Should! Democrats were labeled as ‘For the Working Class’ and Republicans tabbed as “For the Rich.’ ‘Blue-Collar’ workers (mostly Unions), Laborers, Lower Middle Class, andthe Poor were ‘expected’ to vote FOR their Democratic Party, and always AGAINST the ‘RICH’ - the Owners, Management, and the GOP ‘Grand Old Party’ ... Grand Indeed!

Conversely, the ‘White-Collar’ workers - Owners, Managers, Professionals like: Doctors, Lawyers, Teachers, Indian Chiefs, and the Highly Educated ‘Elite’ were ‘expected’ to do the Exact Opposite!

4. Meanwhile, CORPORATIONS and their $$$ BOUGHT AMERICA!

The Executive Branch - The Legislative Branch (BOTH PARTIES) -And The Judicial Branch (Last Year’s Supreme Court Decision atteststo this FACT!

Then, the Corporations SOLD OUT AMERICA!

Manufacturing Plants and Factories were CLOSED! Millions of average Americans LOST JOBS! Families LOST HOMES - HEALTH BENEFITS - RETIREMENT BENEFITS ... WHY? Because businesses were re-located ‘Overseas’ or in other countries, like, say: MEXICO, CHINA, TAIWAN, INDIA, PAKISTAN, The MARIANAS ... Anywhere That ‘CHEAP LABOR” was ABUNDANT! God Bless NAFTA - a Democrats SCREW-UP!

From being the ‘Industrial Capital of The World’ AMERICA Dropped To being merely a ‘SERVICE ECONOMY’! Even ‘Silicon Valley’ has been usurped by ‘CHEAP KNOCK-OFFS!’

For Goodness’ Sake ... WERE YOU ALL ASLEEP?

DON’T YOU ‘GET IT’ YET? The Real Dichotomy is NOT - Democrat
Versus Republican, NOR Liberal versus Conservative ... it IS ...

Part 2 - MY PLAN!

A. Because the Richest 400 Individuals in the USA REAP HUNDREDS of

BILLIONS / NAY TRILLIONS of DOLLARS ... EVERY YEAR ... As ‘Capital Gains’ NOT EARNED INCOME, like the rest of us DUMB SLOB’S ... their Maximum Tax Bracket is about 16-18% ... while Teachers, Firemen, Policemen, , et cetera who EARN only about $75,000. Per year are Taxed at 28% !!!

Are you starting to ‘Get the Picture?’

Just Who in the HELL do you think is ‘Paying Off’ CONGRESS to Vote AGAINST ‘Increasing Taxes?’ Even if Nothing Else was Ever Changed in IRS Law - this ONE INJUSTICE should be Corrected INSTANTLY!

Every Dollar of ‘Capital Gains’ is Now Taxed at 28%!
NO EXCEPTIONS!

AND ... Each Year into the Future, another 1% INCREASE is
ADDED! Until that Tax Reaches 50%!
I SAID: 5 - 0 !!!

My feeble brain is not able to Calculate how many BILLIONS of $$$
Would FLOW INTO REVENUE!

And it is High Time that the Mastermind Hedge Funds, Rich SOB’s
Finally BEGIN to PAY THEIR FAIR SHARE!

B. A very similar ‘PERK’ has been Enjoyed by the ‘Ruling Class’ -

i.e. Because of the ‘CAP’ on Taxing FICA Deductions, ‘THEY’ have never
ever put in Their Fair Share!

IMMEDIATELY ALL CAPS on FICA ‘Contributions’ (don’t you just
LOVE That word?) ARE REMOVED!

If any Individual Earns: $100,000. $250,000, $500,000. $1,000,000.
$5,000.000. $1,000,000,000. $500,000,000. $1,000,000,000,000. The
Current Percentage Rate that is Charged to every other American
Citizen CONTINUES TO BE DEDUCTED FROM THE RICH!

Once Enacted, and put into Practice, and there is a HUGE SURPLUS
For little things, like: SOCIAL SECURITY FUND, MEDICARE FUND,
MEDICAID FUND, GENERAL FUND ... Watch how Fast CONGRESS
LOWERS the FICA TAX!

FOOTNOTE: Back in the early Eighties, I was the Business Manager
At a medium sized CPA Firm, owned by six Partners of the ‘Jewish
Persuasion’ ... Each One of them KNEW exactly WHEN his FICA
Deduction would STOP - the Month, Pay-Day, the Amount - and had
the Bookkeeper automatically TRANSFER SAID AMOUNT into a
separate Account! WHY? So it would NOT be in their PAYCHECK
for their WIVES to See, and become Aware Of!

RECAPITULATION:

While I do have several other ‘ideas’ for my Plan, they shall be held in abeyance just a tad. I would LOVE to have some knowledgeable CPA to
‘put a pencil’ to just the above two parts, apply whatever figures are necessary to The National Budget, The GDP - Gross Domestic Production -
and let me know whether or not I am on the ‘Right Track’ ...
