From all accounts, Psalm 22 [23] retained its position as the most popular Psalm in the Bible in 2011.

The Most Popular Psalms of 2011

1. Psalm 22 [23] The Good Shepherd

2. Psalm 90 [91] The Lord God Our Protector

3. Psalm 1 True Happiness

4. Psalm 144 [145] Thank You, Majesty!

5. Psalm 120 [121] Nor the Moon by Night

Here is Psalm 120 [121]. Of course this is NOT based on any of the texts in the medieval Hebrew versions viewed on the Bible site,  but is a far more accurate translation, based on the Ancient Greek text.  It is just one of the uplifting Biblical Psalms printed  in my book,  "Bible Wisdom: PSALMS of Praise & Power newly translated from the Greek Old Testament". In addition to the printed edition, ebooks are available from Amazon Kindle, NOOK Book by Barnes & Noble, etc.

I lifted up my eyes to the mountains.

For that is where my help shall come.

Yes, my help shall come from the Lord God,

who made heaven and earth.

The Lord God is my keeper.

He even keeps watch on my feet,

Lest they stumble and fall.

If the Lord God keeps watch over you,

He is your shelter, ever at your right hand to protect you.

The sun shall not burn you by day,

nor the moon by night.

The Lord God shall not only preserve you from all dangers,

But He shall guard your soul from every evil.

Furthermore, He shall not only shelter you

coming and going, day by day, but even forever!
