    STAY HEALTHY (PHYSICALLY) - is my secondary focus.
A close friend of mine, Claudio, who is a Commercial Real Estate broker in Houston, introduced to me the subect of 'wellness'. At that time I only had a vague idea what the concepts were behind the word wellness. The core of it was drinking, not just enough water each day but the RIGHT kind of water.
