The new Obama plan- more change less hope

The new change and hope!!

Some of you know this already and some probably don’t care, but we authors get our stats everyday, regarding the number of hits on our bio and various stories and articles as well. It’s how we can track our effectiveness, in a way, with what we write. So, if you have a specific kind of article that is ‘hit’ moe than others it’s a possible clue people like to read that particular subject.

As a political commentator of sorts, I can tell which of my articles seem to be drawing better than others as well as those subjects readers are more attracted to than others, etc., etc. I have been fairly fortunate in that without any special promotion, I seem to enjoy fairly reasonable amounts of hits for my various articles from a conservative point of view.

The major requirement, if you will, seems to be making sure you actually have something new to comment on, in a reasonable segment of time. People get used to hearing what you have to say, even when they disagree, as long as its been on a fairly regular schedule. I’ve been away of course, on vacation, and naturally my hits have slowed some. So i suppose it’s time to crank it up again and get back to something meaningful and reasonably current.

Politically that might suggest the need to comment on the coming election, which is probably the most important event that most of us will face in our entire lives. Although I must admit, to some it’s just something they may or may not have time for in November.

Really? Oh, yes, really!

I was in California recently to visit my son and his family in the San Diego area. I found it fascinating. California, as a state, the most populace of the fifty states we have and, the most Liberally Democratic Party state, as well as one of the most broke, as well as one with more and more programs designed to tax everything and everyone for almost anything they can think of, is, as I see it, already to give the current administration another free pass for more of the same carefree spending and forget the cost attitude.

California is my homestate. But I can’t afford to live there anymore. Sad. Obviousl;y for me, anyway. But some still try and put up with the idiocy of the we can have it all attitude and someone else, usually the evil ugly rtich must pay. It goes something like the following:

In the eyes of the Democratic party, it is all the wealthy bad people who are going to be forced to redistribute their wealth to the less fortunate people who have worked so hard for so little and now are going to reap the benefits. No matter that the people who put other people to work and usually also invest the most in other companies that will hire more workers also, which helps create the income that makes the jobs that people need to succeed for themselves will not be so prevalent when the higher income people decide not to invest because of the tax consequences; and never mind that more and more passive wealth (those without jobs but enough wealth to simply invest to make their money) are more and more simply leaving the country and renouncing their citizenship for other countries with less tax consequences.

Hey, it’s all part of the Obama era hope and change plan. Soon we’ll all be working for the government one way or another, and, oh, by the way, (that’s called communism) and the paychecks don’t really permit the kind of life Mr. Obama is promising. But don’t worry, you will have voted for him and he’ll be very greatful. He’ll definitely have a job for you, some kinf of job, maybe not quite what was promised, but it will be a job. Oh, yeah, it probably won’t have the future you thought you would get, but it’ll be steady work, year after year, with probably at least Sunday’s off and maybe even a vacation or two for your lifetime of work. Right Comrade?
