Need for science parks
COMMUNITY relations have become a strategic imperative for corporations around the world. Whether it is an oil and gas company exploring and producing hydrocarbons in a country’s remotest parts or a consumer marketing entity sitting right in the heart of a megacity, good community relations have acquired a strategic importance for not
only industrial peace but also for business development.
In this way, science is the major entity among all sectors of life and other related businesses. Everyone knows that today the world walks over the road of science.
Science plays a vital role in the success and we are closely integrated with science. If the need of science is high, why don’t we then think about those events which promote science? Are we not able to do so? If yes, then all good-natured people across the country should organise scientific events and fairs for the sake of promoting science.
The government should set up science parks district-wise in Pakistan, as doing this will bring generations towards education and technology. Well-heeled people should also come forward to take part in this initiative. I also appeal to Unesco in setting up
science parks.
