Your situation is what you find yourself [sitting in]
The situation could be a place, an environment, a period in your life resulting from:
Decisions, decisions, decisions especially from the past
Your past might have been yesterday, last week, or 10 or 20 years ago, can have a scary way of haunting you!
It is when ketchup and mustard meet because of poor planning, Working hard to bring forth a change resulting in
A good situation and good success
Or not working at all to achieve a goal resulting in
- A un-prosperous life
- Struggle
- Unhappiness
- A Defeated life
For whatever you sow that is what you will reap, furthermore nothing from nothing totals
Now let us discuss another word that is somehow connected to Sit-uation but quiet different
Circumstance
In the word Circumstance you can see the words
Like the earth circling the Sun along with the other planets
Even so with our circumstances no matter where one goes, even when we blame others in our situation(s)
You still will have you
And everything that connects with you,
Even if you move from City to City or even State to State whatever’s around you will follow you
There was a song in the 70’s That goes something like this “You can’t hide from yourself everywhere you go there you are”
- If you don’t take control of what you allow in your circle, no matter where you flee…. you will still have a similar circle just a different location!
• Defeated mentality
Always complaining murmurings, I can’t do anything, they have more than me and I was born under some difficult trying unfortunate situations... blah, blah, blah
• Poverty mentality
No having anything not used to having anything afraid to invest, or to have something nice, or even share, a constant struggle, because you are afraid that you will be poor again
• Pig mentality
Not being grateful not being a good steward what God has given you not taking care of anything everywhere you go you tear everything up because you can take the pig out the pen but the pig mentality has to be taking out of the individual
• Abusive mentality:
Going from relationship to relationship being abused by friends, family people period because of the past that is still clinging to you like a magnetic force you need to change what is encircling you. You feel nobody likes you so you allow abuse some time without thinking into your life…
• Small thinking mentality
If some was to tell you that if you could have anything you want you will not aim high because of fear.
• Birds of a feather mentality
Your fiends will have different names yet be the same type of people
Your Circumstances circum to you…. Gravitate to you
They depend upon you to change,
You decide your destiny by allowing what you allow to circum you
Your circumstances affect your situation
The Word of God declares in Psalms 1:1
Blessed [is] the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor [sitteth] in the seat of the scornful.
If you sit with the Judgmental or an individual that mocks that makes you one of the same:
Because this is how the world views amongst your friends or acquaintances
Good counsel is important in order to change our circumstances to make wise choices, to live and walk in victory!
Use your situation room as a place to change your circumstance
• Whether due to heredity
• Or poor planning
• Oh yes choices
Learn from it to earn from it; don’t be a repeat offender
