Doctor visit

Maxx's cough
The vet came this morning to check Maxx. We aren't sure if his cough is due to dusty hay, allergies, or if it is a bug. Anyway, when I asked if we should cancel the recognized show Ellen had planned for the 21 & 22 of January the doctor thought antibiotics and antihistamines were important now before a decision is made.
Maxx has energy, but is going to have the week off from lessons and training. Maxx has never had a cough so this is a new horse problem for me. I'm told that there is always something more to learn. It is true.
In the meantime, he looks great for the show.
