You know, some things in history we cannot deny.
(The following is not a criticism of anyone's spiritual faith, but is used merely as an example on how people in the media bait the public with words coated in fear. When the people start to think for themselves, the media will NO LONGER control our minds.

We need to understand that knowledge, not fear, moves people forward. When I hear people talk "rhetoric" I say to them: Look at people who call themselves "religious." The word means "bondage"

Here's the statement of comparison with what some so-called political analysts may call "faith" as opposed to "rhetoric"

. . . If televangelists keep saying phrases that we all remember since childhood like "born again Christian" or "God so loved the world" or "Happy Birthday Jesus" using it as a way to draw people into the guilt of giving, then are not traditional preachers guilty of rhetoric?

If they quote bible verses to make a point, isn't it all just plain rhetoric?

And if they use the bible to force people to change or risk being kicked out of "their church" or they use the bible to "rope them into their particular imperfect "religious comfort" then is can that not be considered by some as "rhetoric?"

I always believe that the Supreme Creator uses signs in nature to capture our attention, and to wake ALL of us up. There was a certain president who was eating birthday cake three years ago today when the levees broke in New Orleans, and three years later....the government STILL forgot about the people.

God, thru Mother Nature, don't like greed. They have a way of cleaning greed up. They both have a way to righting wrongs thru natural disasters so we all can care about each other. The strong in spirit, not the strong in wallet, will survive whatever God and Nature throw in our direction.

America is broken. We have a chance to heal and change. And when people don't like hearing about the sins of a nations past, things always happen to get the attention of those who forget about the people whom they are supposed to represent.

No political candidate is God. No political candidate can do anything without a team. No political candidate is respected by the world if they represent "the haves" only.

Remember the ant. It is small, yet strong. And our American colony has ants of many colors. If one of us feels our communities are hurting, we all need to pull together and remove the thing that weakens us as ONE nation.

Therefore, knowing that I have been a supporter of all three parties in the past, I just signed up for Obama Mobile text messaging as a way to stay better connected with the Barack Obama Campaign and get the latest news and information on the race. Simply text “Go” to OBAMA (62262) or visit www.barackobama.com/go to join.

blessin's and love for the people of MY America,
cynth'ya
