Hi to all. I am still waiting for someone to reply to my blogs. What is the point of writing to you, if no one answers. Well anyway, I hope you all have a great holiday. If you have saved up calories all week you will be able to indulge in your favorite foods without the guilt. If you saved up, say 1200 calories over the week, you can add that to your normal count of food. Say 1500 for the day + 1200. Yum,Yum. Sundays are my free-bees. Enjoy.But remember that roll-overs cannot be saved and added to the next week.A new week wipes out the old week. You have to start from scratch. Remember to keep your portions to 1/2 cups.
