The less the Desire, the more aware you Aware

MAGIC MAN'S MUSINGS
Life is full of desires, they crowd our mind and consume the majority of our thinking processes. Always promising us we will find happiness if we only achieve their calling. Days turn into months and months into years and still they call us, but seldom deliver their promise. We spend tremendous energy to achieve their beckoning and many hours planning how to control things to make these desires ours. Still they seem out of reach and as the years go by we feel frustrated and disappointed in their lack of presence in our lives. Years can turn into bitterness and frustration accumulates and we forget the joy of hopes we had as youngsters. Life seems dull and dark and we shut down. Actually shutting down is a blessing. Giving up is a liberty. We realize that life, our life is not totally in our hands and we cant always have what we want when we want it. We simply live and life unfolds before us. We either react to it or we accept it and become more aware. To be aware is to know that desire takes you away from your reality and your truth. It allows you to see beyond the fear that desire is hiding. It allows you to know that everything is provided for and it all comes in it right time for you. A person who is obsessed with desire is filled with fear, they doubt they will ever have what they need. Most of the time they don't really know what that is. To be aware is to know what you need and how to find it. It is to accept that life is what it is and that it is perfect as it is and that everything comes in its own time. To be aware is to feel the deepest currents in your life. To sense a oneness between yourself and life itself. To know that you and your reality are always in perfect accord. That life is a mirror of what you believe and are aware of. It also is a mirror of what you fear and doubt. Do not desire, but become more aware. It will show you what you need to be happy, fulfilled and whole.
