That's What I Think

Hi
I came here at looked at the blank box and said to myself "I got nothin".
When my panic was raging..I had a lot of somethin to tell. I could retell of my trouble at the stop lights, or my trouble standing in a grocery or postoffice line, or my trouble facing an interview for a job.
A lot of this doesn't exist for me anymore. I have snippetts of those feelings but I'm able to manage them and remain the one in control. I sometimes wonder how long this will last for me. I haven't had a major panic attack since June. This is big for those of us who suffer from a panic disorder!
Of course my support system is firmly intact. As it should be. I am able to speak up of my concernes or fears before I obsess about them and thus clear them out of my head. I am able to talk to myself and beleive what I am saying...soothe myself. So important. I have the courage to know that even though people out there do not like me, I like me and my partner likes me and that is all that really matters.
It has been an amazing journey. My next book will be out soon. It wraps up the story to present day about my examination and tribulations with family and self. It may not be the most exicting book out there and it may not mean much to most of the population but to me and to those that live in fear and panic, I think it means the world.
