The Floating Mind!
12/27/2011 9:49:48 PM
As we progress daily, we tend to see and learn new things! After coming back from a short vacation, it has made more sense why some people tend to behave in a certain way. During the time of the flood situation in Thailand, I was able to pen down some thoughts.

The Floating Mind

As I was clearing the chores for the day, I paused for a few minutes and began going through the updates on my Twitter account. I was surprised to read that an unfriendly fiend would be paying a visit for a while. My brows furrowed and I was not in a good frame of mind to welcome something that would keep me floating around with pondering thoughts.

The floating mind with bubbles of ideas, thoughts and wishes all came to a halt when the unfriendly flood decided to visit the nation in order to give an entrance exam to patience, values, and the will power. The mounting wave of survival skills were channeling through a stream of an unwanted puddle of desire. The metamorphic description to facing the fiend has completed the three time course meal to only focus on surviving. As my eyes skim through the daily newspapers, news flashes on TV, news messages by the FROC, the floating mind yearns to discover the path of normalcy by people in Thailand.

How often, does one know that he or she does have a potential to unleash the barrier for a better tomorrow. It only happens when the unexpected happens. From evacuations to stocking up food and drinks, to even shopping plans have become a second choice in order to maintain a daily lifestyle. The ongoing countdown of the visitor being addressed as a fiend has made everyone’s temptations to meet and greet become exhilarating.

With a surprise, the skills, ad hoc projects, or even a contingency plan has been well executed, as if it was in the incubator and waiting to be born. The escape from a busy routine was a gift given under pressure and a vacation from the things that were always liked and enjoyed has become a priority which was never desired for. The flexibility of planning a trip where adventure and joy would be a passionate holiday has now become an escape to a peaceful state of mind.

As the pondering thoughts still decide to float around and wait to take place after the fiend has made a friendly goodbye, till then one has embraced a passing score to survive from the floods and make sure that the rays of blooming contemplations will arrive soon to sip to the victory of surviving the flood chaos. Apologies are made to hurt nature and take water for granted. Until then, various ideas have decided to join hands and float around the guest room of the mind for a better tomorrow.

More thoughts and exciting stories coming your way! Have an awesome day and shake your booty for all the triumphs.
