Yes We Have No Banana's

Here's the thing that I need to get off my chest. Over the weekend I went to the grocery to do my weekly shopping. While in the produce department I went past the banana's priced at .49c lb. There was a huge display and they were tempting, then I moved forward just a little to another banana display. These were organic banana's priced at .79lb. I thought to myself as I inpsected the organic vs. non-organic, and decided that they look the same, they feel the same, so, what I decided was to splurge and try the organic banana's.
I couldn't wait to get home to peel that baby and find out if it would change my life dramatically. First, I held it in my hand, inspecting it's size, firmeness and color. Then I slowly peeled that little yellow trophy with calm and dignity. Before long, it stood before my eyes, ready to be consumed, ready to sacrifice itself for the greater good, and in less then the time it takes to put a movie in my dvd player, the little yellow banana was resting comfortably in my belly.
I would have thought at that moment, something magical would take place and it would change my life for ever more. But it didn't, nothing changed, and in the end, the banana was just still a banana.
I'll keep you posted on any other changes that occur as a result of the Organic invasion.
