It's a Dogs World

living with the dogs
I don't know about your house but the dogs are in charge around here. They let me know when it is time to eat, when its time to go to bed, whether or not they like my guests, and they greet every person, human or animal that walks down the street with wild barking. When the doorbell rings they beat me to the door to inspect whoever is entering. When I eat they expect me to share and they think one half of the bed is theirs. They cry when I leave them and greet me with sloppy kisses when I return, even when I only go so far as the mailbox. I love them. They are always there to cheer me up when I am sad, they are tuned in to all my moods, they are happy when I am and they love me. They may tear up my pillows and track mud on my floor and sneak my sandwich when I'm on the phone, but I wouldn't have it any other way. They are my best friends and constant companions. A dogs world ain't half bad!!!
