Personal reminder.
January, 14, 2009 and 27 pounds lighter! Losing weight was not a New Year's pledge. I've been doing it to make sure I am here for the year 2012, and that means I need to stay healthy. Age and overweight problems combined do not contribute to longevity! I still have twenty pounds to lose to reach 160, which is right for my height. I expect to realize my goal by June 7th, a special day for me. When it happens I intend to go out and buy myself the first suit I have bought in many years. Actually, I may buy three: a black, blue, and buisness grey. They have always been my colors. They blend with my aura. Hopefully. checking this entry from time to time will keep me focused on my goal.
