Time is flying by...much too fast!

Don't ask me where almost six months have gone since my last blog post. I have no clue. The maintenance chores of life have taken over again...and people wonder why writers don't write for publication every day. Hah! Anyone who has a life can answer that question without guilt. Life is meant to be lived but it doesn't always happen on our terms. Still we keep writing something every day, even when it isn't what other people expect: we keep journals or write long e-mails to the folks back home; we blog; we write backstory; we keep going.
My message today is to check out Jerry Simmons' Independent Authors Community at www.nothingbinding.com This is a dynamic and growing website, still in beta but alive and well. If you're an independent author [and who wouldn't prefer the freedom of writing that way when possible?], join the community! AuthorsDen is terrific and I don't mean to detract from our family here in any way. But we owe it to ourselves to keep exploring additional avenues to put our names out there.
