Passing Through

PASSING THROUGH

Well, here I am—I’ve come this far.

How far is that?

Some days I think I’m there--but I’m not sure.

Will I know when I arrive?

Could feel like yesterday.

Zowie! Suppose it’s really tomorrow?

Maybe it doesn’t matter.

So tell me, dear hearts—are you there?

We are here for you always dear hearts, it doesn't matter whether it is today or what. Your penmanship is good and you write from the heart and I like your style.

Good thinking and poetry, short but sweet and makes you think of where you are and coming from. Keep up the good work. Peace to you and yours.

We're all passing through:) And sadly, we might enjoy more if we weren't always reaching for a moment that hasn't arrived yet and ignoring the ones in the present...

Warmest wishes to you
Chase

Poet, one can easily see that you are a great addition to the pages of poetry here at “The Den.” I enjoyed the read, and I just do hope it isn’t too late to find out whether or not I actually was here yesterday or shall be here tomorrow. But, sooner or later I might be able to determine if I was here today… lol. Welcome to “The Den.” May you and yours have a great holiday. Take care and be well.
