INSPIRATION
Inspiration is all those kinds of and degrees of the spirit influence
Brought to bear upon the minds of learned men—
In order to secure the putting into permanent and written form
The truth best adapted to mans
Body and Spirit.
Inspiration may include Revelation,
Or communication by ordinance,
The truth to which man would not attain by his unaided powers.
It may include Illumination,
Quickening ones cognitive powers
To understand truth already revealed.
Inspiration, however does not necessarily
Always include
Either Revelation or Illumination.
It is simply the influence
Which secures a transmission
Of needed truth to the future.
And,
According to the nature of the truth to be transmitted,
It may be an Inspiration
Of super intelligence,
Or it may also,
And at the same time
Be
An Inspiration of Illumination
Or Revelation.
If Inspiration,
Is to be defined,
Not by the method,
But by its result,
It must therefore
Be the means to Achievement,
Then also it is the pathos of power,
And its accumulation the issuance of Annihilation.
To suppose this has come and gone
Is to lie in a fool’s lair.
Sufferance
is to know that it has not.
Beguiling
is the hopeless quest for the
When of it.
The eschatological journey
that ends where it starts.
For,
Through Inspiration comes
Revelation.
Through Revelation comes
Illumination.
Through Illumination comes
Annihilation
Through Annihilation comes
Darkness,
Through Darkness comes
Light
Through Light comes
Inspiration.
The Receiving Circle
That has no exit.
The Iron Gates
Strike all heads
The mark of false devotion.
Then,
Make way
The Colored Door.
The Struggle Starts Now
