A love message for my mom!

"I hate you",i say
And then i close my eyes
"Oh god forgive me",i pray
Coz what i said was not wise.

I walk into my room,
And slam the door.
"I dont need you to help me groom".
I think i dont need it anymore.

And when i calm down and look around,
I think of the past years...
I realize the importnace of our bond,
And my eyes are filled with tears.

How could i say those mean things to you.
To my mother of whom i am a part.
To the one with whose love i grew.
How could i not give it a thought.

I am what i am because of you.
You bring the colours in my life,
And you bring the hue.
Oh mother, you taught me how to strive.
With you each day seems new.
Becuse of you,to the right conclusion i arrive,
Hey mom i just wanna tell you how much i love you!

Nice one this Kritika. Most young girls feel this way sooner or later.

You have expressed it beautifully. Did I welcome you?

Krittika, very good poem. Many times we get angry on the spur of the moment and say things that hurt someone. If they truly love us, as a parent does, although they are hurt, they forgive us. keep writting your doing great.
