I have seen love come and I have seen it go. The one thing that has always perplexed me is how someone you have been so intimate with shared all of yourself with committed yourself with in married, had children together , shared deep passionate moments, and touched each other’s souls can go so cold and actually cause you harm. This is dedicated to the men and women who have experienced this pain. Dragon Randy Holder

Artificial Love
Where does love go? was it but a desert mirage which faded as we drew near, an exotic full moon so bright into the in the night, where we fooled by the fullness of the moment,  so close we could almost touch it, have we journeyed forward without any provision, do we now lay wasted in the sand castles of our dreams,
Where does love go? A warm twinkle in her eye:
Now just a stone cold stair,
Where does love go? The soft touch of her hand eternal glowing ember,
Now just cast cold into the abyss:
Where does love go? A rose blush upon her cheeks:
Now just a faded shadow of death,
Where does love go? The succulent Lips softly forming vowels:
Now just clinched teeth parched, cracked and bleeding,
Where does Love go? A pounding Heart rising to heaven as one:
Now just anger drums beating a song of pain,
Where does Love go? The passionate sweet embrace wrapped in wet morning due:
Now just spaces filled with loss,
Where does Love go?
