Brightness of the room and home,
Cheer of every heart,
Firefly for all to see
The gift God did impart.
Splendor of the hostess light
Beckoning all to come
Safe within the family walls
Once again, "Come Home".
As yet, unmatched in family cheer,
A radiance just to be
Sparkling with the joy of life
To give to you and me.
Firefly, you are so bright!
So heav’nly in your charms,
What grace you have to beckon all
Into your tiny arms.
You gaily paint the room with cheer
Bestowing smiles on each;
You deck your home with splendor full
That only you can teach.
We gaze in awe amidst your flare,
The firefly is our delight;
Your light will shine forevermore
E’en in the darkest night.
