On Losing a Lover

The Pain of losing your True Love.

ON LOSING A LOVER

OH HOW THE PAINS DO TREMBLE MY SOUL,
SHE WAS THE GIFT FROM GOD ABOVE
WITH HER BY MY SIDE I FELT NO WORRIES!

WE FOUGHT OUR FIGHTS AGAINST THE WORLD
AND PLAYED AS CHILDREN WITH NO CARES IN HAPPINESS.
NOW I MUST WALK ALONE!

WE BUILT OUR LIFE FROM THE COBBLE STONES UP
AND FOUND A FORTRESS IN OUR LOVE,
AGAINST ALL ODDS, WE COULD PREVAIL!

NOW THE ANGELS HAVE TAKEN HER HOME,
TO ONE ANOTHER, WE WOULD TELL;
WHEN I AM GONE,
IT IS TO PREPARE OUR PLACE FOR ALL ETERNITY!

MY HEART CRIES OUT FOR HER,
BUT MY SOUL REJOICES
FOR I KNOW ONE WONDERFUL DAY;
WE'LL BE TOGETHER ONCE AGAIN FOR ALL ETERNITY!

Sad, sweet and romantic at the same time. I enjoyed it very much.
