|Beautiful words. So rightfully sad. I loved every verse but that 5th stanza---just is SO ---I just think it cries all by itself the words are so...so, so.. perfect. Love indeed is living life :) We live, we learn. I enjoyed the form and the way it read. Excellent work!

|Excellent piece Marlene! It reminds me of the fight for my life back from 1989-2002. I am healthy now where it concerns my brain but am now back in the fight for my life concerning my genetic disease which I have had since childhood it turns out, so fight for life has never really gone away after all, even though Mom likes to think it has!
It is an Excellent write though Marlene! Brilliant!
