I think I'm in love

There you stand
And here, I
Such tension caused
Playing in our minds
The passion held
Is it real?
The distance between
So far
But so close
Can we forgive
This guilty sin?
I cringe in near fear
Afraid to take the first step
To speak my mind
It's too scary
My mouth speaks!
One word!
I want it back
I try to catch it
Your name I called
Scared? You're right
It sounded so
Desperate and
Thoughtless
He'll never return
That desperate plea
And yet he said
One word,
My name
And the distance grew shorter
A passionate kiss
Shared
And tomorrow
We will wake up again
Still with this tension
Why so scared?
Is it that
I love you?
And you love me?
SILLY BOY!
I'm supposed to hate you
Yet,
I think I
Am in
Love
With
You...
Oh what to do,
What to do.
