Poem: The First and Last Kiss
Fulgent was her face.
At the time her hands touched lightly my shuddering body.
My soul and my body have been paved to an agreeable
and sweet moment.
She was coming closer and closer to me.
Then, I smelled a shadow
that was on the way to give me an occasional kiss.
It was being unforgettably very passionate.
I did wade through a very long moment of kissing.
Before that, I never anticipated the limit of the friendship for erotic passion.
But I let myself witness the end.
Yes, the end of a precious beginning.
Flawless time that I recalled for many days, weeks, and years.
She was just going to have to make her sentiment very clear.
Yes, to me.
I tried hard to not let the passion go all the way.
I wanted to reassure myself as the best protector for her.
The moment made me dream about a tropical paradise.
My imagination got lost between the horizon of sky and ocean.
A soft kiss which tasted like “Douce Makos.”
Oh! I liked that candy when I traveled to the south region in Haiti.
Douce Makos was the best candy for me.
Very nice was her voice.
Glancing up at the angle of the ceiling light,
There couldn’t be a more fabulous time than that.
My skin was warm and smooth under her palm.
She wanted me.
She wanted to not only wrap her arms around me.
I smoothly said, “Thank you.
“That might be enough for now.”
She was ready to go to Eros’ kingdom,
But I stopped her.
Because of my promise, I always thought of myself as a famous protector.
She took a long, steadying breath.
With a sweet voice, she asked, “Why don’t you want to do it?”
I said that she needed to be protected.
“You’re more important than just going all the way,” I said.
I really had no intention of touching you,
And I wasn’t expecting that moment.
The decision was to show that I wanted to respect my words.
The kissing moment created inside of my mind a flexible side.
My heart flourished in love.
It was as if I were in a wonderful dream.
But for real the first kiss was the last.
