This poem is about dendritic cells, one of my all-time favorite antigen presenting cells.

Oh, cell expressing CD4,
Meet me upon this golden shore.
Let me present my antigen,
And let us dance, and dance again.

Oh, CD4, the hour is late.
Come, let me now costimulate.
Toll like receptors have I for thee.
What cytokines hast thou for me?

Oh, CD4, I must express
MHCI with no redress.
And as I go from here, I will
Instruct the CD8's to kill.
