The misery of emotional, mental and physical pain is so very hard.

What does one do when the pain level is high?

When the pain will not cease and one cannot help but cry?

When comfort seems to be so out of grasp,

And "Why is this happening?" is the question asked..

Is it because of something I have done?

Or because from something I have chosen to run?

When one looks up into a cloudy sky,

And fights the desire to curl up and die.

What does one do when the pain level is so high?

Is it an option for one to quit and say good-bye?
