I see you, sweet sinew, driving muscle, under carriage
You, starting man, are welcome
I don't drive you like the fakir
all twisted to find enlightenment.
I don't take you to impossible lengths to achieve nirvana
But, loving yoga of you, I appreciate your whole and fight you not
Knowing that Mind sits abreast you awaiting
To come to me and let us both find peace
Sweet body, kind instinct it's from you
My Mind finds birth
Then Mind to Heart I grow
Till, at last, my self becomes
Let me never forget at all
Memory stand clear
It was Body that gave birth to all
And from it Essence reigns
