Her Love's Perception

In my life I have had a heart grape, a heart rock and now a heart potato...It made me think of the love from my mother |
Winding down the road
is the stillness of love
and it made its way
into the womb of my mother
It was an endless task
to get into my heart
though the path was lit
by her caring thoughts
and her desires
to feed my soul
I was perceived
by the shadows of love
as I lay undaunted
and my life went on
heart, hands, feet...
and many fruits
lay within her labor
and her desires
to bring me forth
I chose to see my mother
though I was blind
I knew not who I was...
though she gave me the fruit
once again
and I received
all that my soul could ask
I fortook from the plate of love
and I now, eat its fruit once again
Her heart... is within my heart
Her soul... is within my soul
All from her love's peception...
