Whispers on the breeze
An in your face disease
Thoughts from within trampled under steeds
Grills placed over the windows of your soul
A contraceptive baring seed and roe to become
Gross reduction of nobleness-submergence
The evolution of the homaridae
An existence
Mausoleum health usurping the imaginative womb
Lilly white gloves tending a mind checked six feet below
Touchups on a fragile headstone
A guise of best intention gold
A pandemic disease
Those wanton whispers on the breeze

an interesting poem though it is a bit abstruse ...

I agree with Jim's comment. Why not use simple language for this?

Using that many big words at the beginning of a poem probably guarantees that a lot of people won't finish reading it. I suppose this has to do with visiting a grave of someone you weren't fond of, but if that is the case, why bother going. I suppose if it is a lover who dumped you for someone else and then died early, that might explain it better -- especially if you postulate a ghost whispering to you on the breeze.

I would like to understand the logic and feel the thoughts, it looks very cryptic...STyle of the poem is familiar...
