Every bride-to-be worries about something going wrong at her wedding - but how wrong can it possibly go?

The yacht left the harbor

On a balmy young eve

For a fantasy wedding

Filled with merriment and glee

The guests took their places

All smiling blissfully

As the waves slowly rocked them

And the boat turned out to sea

The wedding march sounded

But the CD was scratched

Screeching like seagulls

About to be hatched

A young pregnant bridesmaid

Waddled slowly down the aisle

Then the bride and her escorts

Ah, her train stretched a mile

The captain spoke movingly

But he forgot their first names

Pray tell who exactly are

Catherine and James?

Tense moments forgotten

The groom turned to his bride

The ring slipped from his fingers

And bounced over the side

In the end, man and wife

They turned to their guests

One promptly got seasick

Another just retched

The bridesmaid clutched her belly

And sank to the floor

I feel a contraction!

I can’t take any more!

I think I’m in labor!

This was such a mistake!

The bride cried, Can you hold on

Till we at least cut the cake?
