Hello fellow Poets and Poetesses.
I wrote this poetry prose last night in an E-mail. I read it again tonight and liked it well enough to want to post it here. May you enjoy the wonderful romance the sultry summer nights bring to one...or two. Love, ~MoNi~
"The Breath of Love"
By MoNi Harrell
When the moon is full and heavy with the breath of love...
I shall wait for you on my verandah in silhouette illuminated by the nocturnal sights and sounds and your love calling for me...
I get shivers up and down my back just thinking of our night together...
When you trace your fingers upon my sun-kissed skin...
The look in your eyes tell me your fiery arrows will make the warm blood flowing in my veins come down...
With layers of ardent passion...
Inebriated by your toxic love...
I surrender and give my all to you...
My darling love...
In this lifetime...
There will be only one love for my heart and soul...
My heart's desire; my one and only love is you. ..
