A conversation with the reaper

Hello

It's me again

We should talk

It's been a while.

Haven't spoke since your

last nightmare.

I gotta set you straight

Stop teasing me

Realize that untill

Your purpose is fulfilled

The razor blades won't work

Our eventual meeting will

Be both beautiful and peaceful

Don't cheapen it by being in

Such a hurry.

How can you be so ready

To greet me

When you have yet

To meet life?

I love this one. Totally awesome visual and the reaper is giving some good advice there. I love when he says, "stop teasing me." Wonderful write.

This reminds me of someone I used to know. I like the dark aspect of this, but especially like how it ends.
