A poem I wrote mainly for an ex-girlfriend of mine.

Do you know
How bad and painful
It feels to hear
The things you say and show
You say you despise me
And that without me nothing is missing
While all I'm wishing
For you to understand what I feel and see
Enclosed with a tear
While I still hold you dear
But I hope you feel better
While my pillow gets wetter
Dying with just a shard of a mirror
All you want to hear is goodbye
But tonight, I will most likely die
Don't blame you
Blame me for this death
Let this cold be my last breath
Maybe it's best I be alone
Just 'till dusk begins to fall
I'm sorry this is all that could be left
Because knowing nothing is better than knowing at all....

wonderful and familiar sentiment. We have all been there at some point or another.

Though love hurts there's no way we could live without it.

Keep your head up and keep writing.
