How to live to a ripe old age!

Every day there seems to be a new scientific report about what you should eat or drink to help you live longer and I am fed up with reading them! |

How to live to a ripe old age.
Today it’s honey,
Yesterday it was red wine (Good excuse to go out and buy
Five bottles of the stuff-it’s never enough)
Last week it was red peppers, the week before avocados.
What will it be next week? God only knows.
But I think I’ll just take my Auntie’s advice,
(Who by the way is ninety six)
‘Everything in moderation,’ she says, sipping her daily tipple of gin.
So any more articles on healthy living can just go straight in the bin!

Really cute! My phrase is "suck lemons, don't suck lemons" because what is decidedly good for you today, is bad for you tomorrow. I say eat and drink in moderation and you can never go wrong. Gets confusing, doesn't it???
Be safe,

Waytogo! I love what you have to say. Don't tell Auntie, but I first read your words as, " - daily triple of gin," and was bout to change my habits to match hers! Waytogo!
