TRANSLATION EN EL SILENCIO ... In the Silence

A translation of a poem I have posted in Spanish about love and silence.

IN THE SILENCE

I like you in the silnece,
when I look at you, and your silhouette
transmits strength and tenderness.

I sense your breathing, the rhythm
of inhale, exhale ...
the palpatations
of your loving heart...

I hear how my hands brush against your skin,
how you sigh when I touch you,
how your breath mixes with the atoms that separate us.

We sit together,
the couch, a bench,
and there are no words
that must disturb
our connection.

We have looks and smiles,
touches, and caresses,
hugs and kisses.

And in our silence
these things
say it all.

Y en nuestro silencio
ésas cosas
lo dicen todo.
